Best if you want a steady hand through the whole decision. Everything in Essentials, plus I personally arrange and join tours, prepare your questions, compare offers side by side, and help you weigh the trade-offs — so you’re never sorting through it alone.
Full Transition — Custom
Best if a move is happening and you want it handled with care. End-to-end support through the entire transition: coordinating timelines, paperwork, and the people involved, and staying with you and your family until everyone is settled.
