I'm not compensated by any senior living community — you pay me directly, and my role is to represent your interests, whether or not you decide to make a move.
With 20+ years of senior living operations and marketing experience, I evaluate communities through a c-suite lens — taking time to review public health records, Medicare surveys, online reviews, and financials.
I understand how communities are run, what to look for, what you can expect and the importance of finding the best fit possible

I offer three ways to work together: a Consultation for a focused conversation or second opinion; Essentials for full research and a curated shortlist of communities; and Premium for hands-on support through the entire process, from research to move-in. I work with families searching for Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Skilled Nursing for a parent, and with individuals planning ahead for their own future, including Independent Living.

Consultations are billed hourly. Essentials and Premium are flat-fee packages covering a defined scope and hour cap, with additional time beyond that billed hourly. If you start with a Consultation and decide to move into a package, that hour is credited towards it.

Personal, honest, and I work at your pace. I take the time to understand your family's specific situation — the health needs, the stakeholders, the budget, the fears — before I ever start researching communities. My goal is to give you clarity and a path forward, not a sales pitch.

I’m located in the Chicago suburbs and a lot of my work is in Chicago and Wisconsin but I do take on engagements across the country depending on the family’s needs.
I have worked coast to coast during my career and have a strong national network of resources.

Not at all. Some families come to me in the middle of an urgent situation, and others are years away and just want a plan in place.
Planning ahead often means better options and less stress later — it’s never to early start the conversation and get information.
