I’ll start with a deep-dive conversation to understand your needs, priorities, and budget, then research the market and identify 2-3 communities that rise to the top. Drawing on 20+ years of C-suite senior living experience, I’ll evaluate each through public health records, Medicare surveys, reviews, and financials — not just what the communities tell you.
We’ll talk through the options before and after your visits, and map out your next steps together.
Everything in Essentials, plus a higher level of hands-on partnership throughout the entire process. I'll drive the schedule and keep things moving so nothing stalls. I'll prepare you for each tour with a customized guide — what to ask, what to look for, and what concerns to probe. After each visit we'll debrief together so nothing gets lost. If you decide to make a move, I'll help you navigate the application process, interpret contracts and pricing, and coordinate across family members.
